Counters not created for service items

Hi Team... We created a bunch of Service Contracts with Service Items. We created the counter group and template after the contracts were created so no counters are associated to any of the lines in a contract. The counter group/template is associated to 19 different service items (contract items).

All the contracts have at least one line using one of those 19 service items.

Is there a way to mass create the counters for these lines? How do we manually create the counters for these contracts that were creating before the counters?
