How Move Planning from Prod to Dev

Hi,

We're using Hyperion Planning 9.3. We have a production server and would like to  'clone' it to a development server.

I've checked the Life Cycle Management document (http://docs.oracle.com/cd/E10530_01/doc/epm.931/hss_alcm_util.pdf) and I have a few questions:

1. I have installed the software on the development server and created an empty application. It has its own rdbms database (separate from prod) and essbase database. Do I need to clone the prod rdbms too? Or when moving the artifacts, they will be restored on the clone rdbms directly?

2. Which is the correct order for moving the artifacts? Dimension > Plans > Users > ??

Howdy, Stranger!
