Record created without input of Mandatory field in Payment screem

Created 2 Mandatory field in payment screen via form personalization. The payment screen also shows that the field are yellow marked as mandatory. when I create a record without entering those mandatory field the record able to save. Any one can advice where I went wrong. Uploaded the screenshot.
