Can a single position be associated with multiple organizations?

Hi,

We are currently facing a business requirement for a bank where in the same position is applicable across multiple organizations. However, as per the user guide, each position is a unique combination of  the JOb and Organization. Is there any way a single position can be assigned to employees across multiple organizations?
