R12.1.3 : pcr 18120913 (R12 PRC RUP Jan14) fails on fnd_eid components due to ORA-01502 index FND_CO

Hi, I am applying pcr 18120913 ( R12 PRC RUP Jan 2014 ) to my R12.1.3 system.

My worker jobs are failing on a fumber of fnd_eid jobs.

The worker logs are all showing the same ORA-01502 problem with the FND_COLUMNS_U1 index eg

Performing AOL meta data updates
Error during upload of Fnd_Columns
ORA-01502: index 'APPLSYS.FND_COLUMNS_U1' or partition of such index is in unusable state
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_XDFDICTIONARY_PKG", line 214
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_XDFDICTIONARY_PKG", line 1832
ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at line 1
