XLEUPG01.sql failing R12.2 upgrade

Hello All,

This is my first post on the EBS Patching community, figured I would give it a shot before creating an SR. 

There is a fix already for this upgrade driver issue for R12.1 but not for 12.2. (MOS Doc ID 470805.1)

I get the same exact error in R12.2, I can get past the issue by comparing the SQL fix in the patch and the sql the adworker is trying to run.  Then restarting the adworker.

Any Advise out there?
