Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

Need to verify:

1) Whether SIM supports multi-buy promotions setup in RPM. (eg. Buy 'n' quantity of item-x and get 'm' quantity of item-y)

2) What Message Family and Message Type would this be interfaced into SIM
