File Download from self-service page doesn't work in IE10 after clone from one env to another

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Hi all,

We have a download issue from a custom self-service page which only appears to be restricted to IE10.

This is happening in a cloned instance, however the issue is not present on the source instance.

On the cloned instance the download of the text file fails for the first time and if retried, it downloads the page source code instead.

Apart from applying any patches or changing any settings at browser side, any suggestions on what might be done to fix this issue?
