Siebel Restful webservice with IIS webserver and .net application

Hi,

We have environment with .net application(Customer facing) and IIS webserver and Siebel Public Sector for internal users. Can any one highlight  the steps involved in implementing  restful webservice from siebel to .net application using IIS webserver.
