Dataguard setup but issues writing logs to standby

We have two Windows 2008r2 servers.  one is named db02 and we have created an 11g db there.  the other server name is oms02 and we created another db there from cold backup of db on db02 server.  the 2nd db is a standby db of the first one.  We can't get the logging to work just right.  Please review the errors below and let me know if you have any idea what I might be doing wrong.
