Budgetary Control Results Report

After Reserving a Purchase Order on the Purchase Order screen a window appears with a message - "Your Budgetary Control action Completed successfully" and gives two buttons OK and View Results.

Once I Click the View Results button it opens up the Report on  a webpage. This works well in the Development instance but leads to a error page - HTTP 404 Webpage cannot be found  on the production instance.

We are on 12.1.2 version and  applied patch 128824154:R12:PO.B but did not resolve the problem. Verified the BudgetaryControlResultsPG.xml and BudgetaryControlCO.class files and the versions are same in both instances. Does anyone experience similar issue?
