How to default a Service Request Owner based on Group Default

We set up the default for Service Requests so that when the screen appears the group is auomatically filled in.  We assigned a default value to each Service Responsibility we have use.  So when a Manager signs into to enter service request the group is set to a Management value (i.e. Contact Center manager) - and when a user signs in with the User Responsibility to enter a sevice request the group is defaulting to the User values (i.e. Contact Center).

What they would now like is for the Owner to default to the user that is signed on.  So you would see a Default Value for Group and for Owner.  I can't figure out how to do that.  The Profile option (Service: Defalut Service Request Owner ) allows to to default to a specific user rather than the person who is signon .  HELP - attached is a screen shot as I know I am not explaining this the best.
