Local Diskspace Running Low, Need to Move VirtualBox to External Drive

Hi,

I'm looking for assistance in moving my VirtualBox v4.3.10 from my MacBook Pro with Retina Display (local) disk drive to an external disk drive. My local disk space is getting low and I need to move this ASAP.

Has anyone done this before?
