Streams Configuration in 11.2.0.3

Hi Everyone,

Could any one please guide me through the steps for configuring STREAMS(table-level)  using either Pl/sql packages or Oracle Enterprise Manager.

I've been trying it for the last couple of days,but somehow the dataflow is not happening inbetween the DB's.

I Would be really thank full, if any one could kindly guide me through the process.

In-Need of simple steps including the parameter setting,DB links etc.,
