node vip unpingable for sometime

Please refer to the below orarootagent logs.The node vip got unpingable for sometime.Please see it's trying to plumb the ip in en0.Not sure what's this and how to check now if ip is plumbed to en0 or not

From the node 1's agent/crsd/orarootagent_root directory.
