How to Unlock VirtualBox Settings

Hi,

I'm trying to change my settings to point the default folder to the new external folder that I just copied. When I went to the Machine --> Settings, I am not able to change the default Users/username/VirtualBox...

I checked all of my security and permission settings and I have the read and right privileges. I've also attached the screenshot from my Windows 8.1 x64 OEM. I have a MacBook Pro with Retina Display v10.9.2.

Any help is very much appreciated.
