Marketing Budget Request and Transfer Approvals

in Sales, Marketing, and Territories Apps - EBS (MOSC) Question

Dear Team,

Marketing budget request approval is not working in the below scenario.We have created budget request approval rules and budget transfers also,But notifications are not going to respective persons.

1. Requesting funds from one budget to another budget owned by different owners, here some times approval rule is going to default approver and some times getting error like "  The current User does not have access to this page."
