Truncate S_SD_SYNC_INFO table

After enabling SSSE on one test Siebel server, I have noticed that the  S_SD_SYNC_INFO table has grown at an alarming rate. Is it ok to truncate this table? It seems to be related to SSSE sync, will there be any impact apart from SSSE sync?
