Some of the standard functionality is not working as custom application is assigned to custom respon

Hi,

Taking Receivables as an example, custom responsibility for AR was created with limited functions of Receivables. This custom responsibility is assigned with Custom application and due to this, some of the standard functionality is not working. When we replaced (updated with a fix script) this custom application with Receivables application under the responsibility definition, the standard functionality which was not working earlier started working. Please let us know if there is any other impact of updating this.
