Mutliple prices for same item

Hi Guru's,

I want to maintain multiple unit prices for the same item using Price Lists. And all the unit price should be active, i.e dynamically get applied based on condition(like PO Need By Date etc).

Guru's please suggest a solution to attain the functionality.
