Need clarification on assigning Shop Floor status

Hi All,

I have created a shop floor status as OSP and unchecked Allow move

Do I need to assign it to any WIP job,Assembly to dis-allow move transaction or it will be restricted as I have already unchecked for Shop floor status OSP.

I tried a test case without assigning this status to any WIP or assembly but system does not restrict me to perform move transaction, Is this intended functionality.

Please find attached test case for more details
