RFI - Unable to assign section to evaluation team after creations of evaluation team and members

Hello,

I have created a new RFI with type Negotiation Style  Supplier Qualitative Performance Evaluation and defined one or two section plus requirements. After this I clicked  on 'Evaluation Settings' button to assign sections to evaluation team, but the LOV for assigning sections to evaluation team is empty. This means that after publishing the RFI my team members are unable to access the menu 'Enter Evaluation' under the acion button. And of what I have understood it´s mandatory to have your team members assigned to a section, if not the application is not working.

Strange thing is that it´s working fine when I assign team members for my scoring, where I have the LOV available to assign it to the correct sections.
