Mapping Data to RTF template

Dear All

I have a report of customer invoices and receipts. This report is being run on as on date. There are more than 20,000 records which should be shown in output but some records are missing. I think this huge amount of data is not being populated on template correctly. Is there any solution to resolve this issue??
