Debit Memo to Match with Receipt

Hello

In R12 , we are facing one issue where in Debit memo was created automatically for one receipt RTV transaction . and this DM is cancelled. So while creating manual DM , receipt lines for auto generated cancelled DM don't appear to match. so we are unable to create manual DM for the RTV case.

Please suggest.
