Clicks on the *Create Quote* breadcrumb an error is returned

Hi Team,

Need your URGENT assistance for the error which we are getting after hitting the 'Create Quote' option in the Sales user resp. I have attached the error log please review and update. Moreover, I already followed the below solution id as recommend in the solution id our DBA applied the patch also. Still we are getting the same error.

Click the 'Create Quote' Breadcrumb from 'Update Contact' Screen Causes JBO-27122 (Doc ID 1557788.1)

Please assist at the earliest
