Can we apply patch 7391377 on PLM.E?

Hi All,

Currently we are analyzing the patch 14109067.
Fot this pre-requisite patch 7391377 need to be applied before as per Readme file.
When analyzing the patch 7391377, we could the that this patch is not applicable on PLM.E.

Currently we are at  11i.PLM_PF.E(4203793) but PLM product is not licended in our instance.
Hence can you please tell us whether we can apply patch 7391377 on PLM.E?
