Oracle 11.2.0.2 Std Ed One

Oracle Linux 5.6 x86-64

I stumbled across this while looking at another issue (isnt' that often the case?)

Production server, no RAC, no cluster, no ASM, no GI.  Just a simple, vanilla, single instance, file system based installation.

Every few minutes the listener log is throwing the subject message.

Have read doc 372959.1, and it all seems simple enough, but the curious thing is that the test server is not showing these messages.  The only thing I can see different between the two is that the test server has no listener.ora file, thus it is running with all default values.  The prod server (the one with the messages) has a listner.ora (sensitive data globally changed for posting)
