Modify Quote - Add Item using RCOIS APIs

Hi

We are using ABO and trying to customize the Modify Quote using RCOIS APIS.  We are using RCOIS Add Item and Remove Item method to add/delete or items.    Functionality is working as expected when the root quote line item action code is Existing. Other cases in which root action code is "Modified",  RCOIS create session step is failing with below error.


[1] Error invoking service 'Remote Complex Object Instance Service', method 'CreateSession' at step 'Create Session'.(SBL-BPR-00162)

[2] Complex object instance is not loaded.(SBL-CFG-00156)

Workflow is built with following Steps.

1. Load Quote Item

2. Load Assets

3. Set Asset Product Instance
