Enable File.Save in menu through form personlization

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

In Oracle AR Transaction view form I have enabled two fileds in the Notes tab for users to enter new memo info and the date. Through forms personlization enabled the necessary fields in the Notes tab and it looks good. The next step is to enable File.Save menu toolbar icon to save the data user enter in the newly enabled field. Since the form is the Transaction view form the file.save menu icon in the tool bar is greyed out. The issue, how to enable it through forms personalization? Has anyone done this before to enable or disable tool bar
