After relocating and modifying service

Oracle DB: 11.2.03

OS: Red Hat Linux 6

Nodes: 6

I moved this service from Preferred instance psprod7 to psprod6. and now the psprod7 is going to be available/failover instance.

I modified service and relocated a service but I still see Oracle connection from this service to the old node psprod7.  After relocating the service, I stopped and started the service and that did not help. I also shutdown the listener on psprod7 but that did not help either. Am I missing any steps?  

$ srvctl config service -d dsprod -s psrac_dataload

Preferred instances: psprod2,psprod4,psprod5,psprod6

Available instances: psprod3,psprod7
