Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Siebel Open UI, Tools, Scripting and EAI (MOSC)

Cannot open Siebel Fat Client on Google Chrome

HI All,

When I open Siebel Fat Client in Google Chrome, I got 'This webpage is not available' error message. Would you please assist what can be fixed?

Here is the list of what I have in local Siebel

1. Installed 8.1.1.11 and 8.1.1.11.5 on my local Siebel client and tools

2. I have a new cfg file located in siebel8 > client> bin > enu directory specially for Open UI (e.g. my_openUI.cfg)

-- within this cfg, i have EnableOpenUI and HighInteractivity = TRUE under [InfraUIFramework] section

3. I have vanailla core_manifest.xml , custom_manifest.xml and manifest_extension.map on my local Siebel8 > client> objects directory
