Dear Team,

Can anyone provide little more details on this Bug? We are encountering similar issue but there is no fix mentioned in this bug note. There is also no information on why it is closed as not a bug?  I believe issue here is with different OS user for Agent and application owner.  What is the best practice here ? Documentation doesn't provide enough details on can we have different OS user or not? If it is different how should we setup named credentials to avoid these issues. We were able to apply patches successfully if OS user of Agent and
