Unable to search in a position field

Hello,

I'm trying to resolve a user issue where when searching position within update target strength,

when searching in the 'Update target strength' screen, the search facility should allow for a partial search as it is not possible to enter in its entirety, but it doen's allow this.

In the 'Date effective' field, f11 to put into search mode, enter pat of the position name and wildcard and search but nothing is returned. It only works when the whole position name is entered and not a partial section of it.
