Restarting DUPLICATE After a Failure

Hi,

I have restarted the duplicate database after it got failed, but it started all over again and not from where it left off.  The database version is 10203.

If I understand correctly, it should have started from where it left off.

Please let me know if I am wrong.  Your early response is very much appreciated.
