what to do to bring back one exadata cellnode

hi ,

i was on a process to upgrade exadata version from 11.2.2.4.2 to 11.2.3.3.0 .

All went well for 4 dbnodes and and 6 cell servers except cellnode 05. i have rectified the issue of that cell node and wanna start the rolling activity for that Cell server(cell05).

please let me know do i need to sync the cell05 with other cell servers(1-7) before rolling patch?

can i use  dcli -g all_cell_group -l root "cellcli -e alter cell shutdown services all" to initiate restart to all cells to ensure cell disks across all the nodes are

ONLINE and sync within the cluster before rolling patch(11.2.2.4.2 to 11.2.3.3.0 )?
