Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. In Oracle GL, on the budget inquiry, encumbrance has 3 sub sets

1) Commitment

2) Obligation

3) Others

And we also have Actuals.

Can someone please advise when will Others under Encumbrance have a value ?

When AP invoice is created, amount is moved to Actuals. So when will "Others" under Encumbrance have a value
