RTF report with more than one language

Hi SMEs

We have 11i instance. We want to print invoice amount in words in two languages. the main language is english and other language is Turkish. How can we do this in rtf report to print both in same xml report. Any one share experience would be appreciated. we tried with ALTER SESSION SET IMMEDIATE in function..but it is failing. Any other thoughts would be appriciated
