Generation of credit memo for terminated contract

Hi All,

(1) Our user has terminated a contract and entered termination date as 28-may-2014 in place of 28-april-2014. It is not giving credit memo also. Is there any data update script to update termination date ? Will it give credit memo after updation?

(2) Also user has created copy of this contract (with new modifier) and it is not generating tax invoice for this.

Please advice in this case. Find attached screenshot of this.
