Customer facing the issue After applying the patch 18603298 Package body AP_INVOICES_UTILITY_PKG has got invalid.
SQL> alter package apps.AP_INVOICES_UTILITY_PKG compile body;
Warning: Package Body altered with compilation errors.
SQL> sho error
