Ops Center Installation on Solaris 10 u9

Dear Support,
 
We plan to install Ops Center for costumer demo presentation and we face an issue. All installation process runs fine until last step about " Initialize and start service".
e have following error message:
  

 svccfg: Taking "previous" snapshot for svc:/application/scn/dhcpd:default. 
 svccfg: Upgrading properties of svc:/application/scn/dhcpd according to instance "default". 
 svccfg: Taking "last-import" snapshot for svc:/application/scn/dhcpd:default. 
 svccfg: Refreshed svc:/application/scn/dhcpd:default. 
 svccfg: Successful import. 
 INFO: starting new satellite SMF services  
 satadm: ERROR: /usr/share/lib/scn/scn-connmgt.jar:  
 satadm: ERROR: This jar is required to be signed and verified, exiting.
