ap_payment_schedules_all update don't trigger workflow notifications table

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Hi my friends !

  

I have a customization that updates due_date on ap_payment_schedules_all table by pl/sql, but this update don´t trigger workflow notifications table to integration with gesplan partner.

  

Does anyone knows if has any setup or global initilization I need to workflow works !?
