AOL/J Test in 12.2 fails: Missing weblogic_sp.jar and commons-cli-1.1.jar

Hello, 

I have a high profile customer that is looking at E-Business Suite 12.2 as potential solution for their organization. They installed 12.2 out of the box using RapidWiz 12.2.0.47.

Installation was successful and so is login. However they are performing some sanity checks and concerned with one of the tests: The AOL/J Test fails with the following:

Missing /wms/app/oracle/fs1/FMW_Home/wlserver_10.3/server/lib/weblogic_sp.jar
Missing /wms/app/oracle/fs1/FMW_Home/oracle_common/soa/modules/commons-cli-1.1.jar
++

Checked and noticed that the files missing from the specified directory. I see these files are referenced in a few internal bugs, but can not conclude a solid action plan to help them resolve the issue.
