Autocomplete for adding address

hi,

when we create a new customer (Account), end-users must choose an address.

This address may or may not already exist in the Siebel.

most of the time, end-users end-up creating a new address even if the address already exist. In many case the existing address has a typo/wrong spelling, so user prefer to create a new one.

After a few years, the data quality is really bad. We want to fix this.

One side of the project is to clean up existing records.

the other side is to assist end-users when they create new customers.
