How to setup OIC R12 so that users can only select 1 OU in a responsibility

Hi,

I am currently implementing Oracle Incentive Compensation and need some help regarding setup of Business Group and Operating Units.

I defined 2 OU's within OIC and have per responsibility the MO profiles set. However when a user logs in he is still able to select the other operating unit. How can I prevent user to select one of 2 operating units. Has it to do with Business Group or something like that?
