Multiple Forms Opening during Drilldown on Account Inquiry

Only during the drilldown on account inquiry do new forms open, a new form opens for every drilldown, under 'Tools' the option 'Close Other Forms' has been ticked although does not change anything, all forms stay open. I have attached a Word document containing screen shots of the issue. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could assist.
