Identifying right SSO product for Siebel and third party portal

Hi,

we are in a process of enabling SSO for Siebel and a Portal application that is hosted on WebSphere platform. Is there any list of SSO products Siebel supports? any recommendations on specific SSO solution that works for both Portal and Siebel?

We are using Siebel 8.1.1.11 (eService)
