RPAS 13.4.2 on AIX 6.1

Hi -

The RPAS installation guide for 13.4.2 states that supported operating system for AIX is "AIX 6.1 (POWER) – TL6: GCC 4.3.3 (64 bit)".  My question is whether version 13.4.2 can run/is supported on a later technology level?
