CFDI invoices for MEXICO

We are rolling out AP for Mexico and have been asked by Tax dept. to incorporate the CFDI mandate by Mexican Tax authorities. We have the following questions.

1) From an AP standpoint, should we just consider the inbound integration of e-invoices from suppliers or should we also solution for sending the invoices outbound electronically ?

2) Are there any standard XML templates provided by oracle to accomplish this ?

3) What type of tax requirements or integration should we consider before this implementing CFDI ?

4) Any materials or pointers on CFDI on the P2P side.
