Can any DBA calculated if we ran a Canadian payroll?

If did not purchase Vertex for Canadian payroll.  We have purchase vertex for US payroll.  We would need to run a CA payroll without tax and just want to have DBA calculated.  We ran a Canadian Payroll but no DBA is calculated. Only gross is calculated.  We only have one DBA setup to be 100% of gross pay.  Would any DBA able to calculate if we do not purchase Canadian payroll tax from Vertex?

Our employees lives in Canada and setup in a Canadian Company.
