Service Request Form

Hi All,

There are 2 fields called 'Service' and 'Serial' on the 'Create Service Request' Form.

When I enter 'Serial' in the form and query, all the other values gets populated like Service, Customer details, Contract.

I want to know the base tables for 'Service' and 'Serial' fields on the form and How can I relate these with a particular SR#? I want to create a report which takes SR number as parameter and give me details along with Serial and Service values associated with that SR.

Any kind of assistance provided is highly appreciated.
